Ingredients · for 10 servings

Instructions

  1. Knead all the dough ingredients into a soft, glossy yeast dough (10 minutes).
  2. Cover and let it rise for 2 hours until doubled in size.
  3. Shape into a ring, place on a baking sheet and let it rise for another hour.
  4. Brush with egg and top with candied fruit and pearl sugar.
  5. Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes until golden brown.
