Roscón de Reyes

Ingredients · for 10 servings
500 g flour- 100 g sugar
2 eggs- 120 ml milk
- 100 g soft butter
- 1 sachet dried yeast
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- Zest of 1 orange
- Candied fruit
- Pearl sugar
- 1 egg for brushing
Instructions
- Knead all the dough ingredients into a soft, glossy yeast dough (10 minutes).
- Cover and let it rise for 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Shape into a ring, place on a baking sheet and let it rise for another hour.
- Brush with egg and top with candied fruit and pearl sugar.
- Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes until golden brown.
