- 1 kg kabocha or butternut squash
- 300 g sugar
- Tahini
- Walnuts
- Kaymak (optional)
Instructions
- Let the pumpkin pieces sit overnight in sugar to release their juices.
- Cook in their own juice until soft and glossy.
- Let cool.
- Serve with tahini and walnuts.
