- 1 l goat's or whole milk
- Salep
- 200 g sugar
- Mastic
- Pistachios
Instructions
- Cook the milk with salep and sugar until creamy.
- Work in the mastic and cool completely.
- Freeze while beating/kneading vigorously – this is what makes it stretchy.
- Slice and serve with pistachios.
