Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 750 ml milk
- 6 egg yolks
150 g sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch- 1 cinnamon stick
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 4 butter biscuits
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Bring the milk to a boil with the cinnamon stick and lemon zest and let it infuse.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir in the strained milk and stir over gentle heat until it thickens – do not boil.
- Fill into bowls and place a biscuit on each.
- Chill and dust with cinnamon.
