Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil with the cinnamon stick and lemon zest and let it infuse.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and cornstarch.
  3. Stir in the strained milk and stir over gentle heat until it thickens – do not boil.
  4. Fill into bowls and place a biscuit on each.
  5. Chill and dust with cinnamon.
