Instructions

  1. Boil the milk with the cinnamon stick, lemon zest and sugar, then let it cool.
  2. Soak the bread slices in it until saturated but still firm.
  3. Turn them in beaten egg.
  4. Fry golden brown on both sides in hot olive oil.
  5. Roll in cinnamon sugar straight away.
