Ingredients · for 2 servings
- 6 eggs
- 250 g prawns, peeled
3 garlic cloves- 1 dried chilli
4 tbsp olive oil
Parsley
Salt
Instructions
- Infuse the garlic and chilli in the olive oil until golden.
- Fry the prawns over high heat for 1 minute.
- Lower the heat, add the beaten eggs and stir gently.
- Take off the heat while still creamy and serve with parsley.
