Ingredients · for 4 servings
250 g flour
300 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
Oil for frying
150 g thyme honey
80 g walnuts
Cinnamon
Instructions
- Whisk flour, yeast, sugar, salt and water into a thick batter.
- Cover and let it rise for 45 minutes until the batter bubbles.
- Heat oil in a pan, it should cover the base well.
- Drop in the batter by the tablespoon and fry it for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper.
- Pour honey over them and sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.
