Ingredients · for 4 servings

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, yeast, sugar, salt and water into a thick batter.
  2. Cover and let it rise for 45 minutes until the batter bubbles.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, it should cover the base well.
  4. Drop in the batter by the tablespoon and fry it for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Pour honey over them and sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.
