Pimientos de Padrón

Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 500 g Padrón peppers
4 tbsp olive oil- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Wash the peppers and pat them thoroughly dry.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan until very hot.
- Fry the peppers for 4–5 minutes, tossing, until the skins blister and collapse.
- Drain on kitchen paper, sprinkle generously with coarse salt and serve at once.
