- 20 zucchini blossoms
- 150 g rice
- Scallion, dill, mint
- Olive oil
- Lemon
Instructions
- Carefully open the blossoms and remove the stamens.
- Loosely fill with the rice filling, twist the blossoms closed.
- Pack tightly into the pot, pour in lemon water.
- Cook gently for 25 min., serve lukewarm.
