Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 600 g green beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Sauté the onion in olive oil.
- Add the beans and tomatoes.
- Cover and braise gently with a little water for 35 min. until soft.
- Serve lukewarm or cold with lemon.
