Instructions

  1. Trim the beans and cook them in salted water for 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Plunge straight into ice water – that keeps them bright green.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and gently infuse the chopped garlic in it.
  4. Add the beans and toss for 3 minutes.
  5. Season with parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
