800 g green beans
4 garlic cloves
60 g butter
1 bunch parsley
1 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Trim the beans and cook them in salted water for 8 minutes until al dente.
- Plunge straight into ice water – that keeps them bright green.
- Melt the butter in a pan and gently infuse the chopped garlic in it.
- Add the beans and toss for 3 minutes.
- Season with parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
