- 1 kg potatoes
- 400 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- Nutmeg
- Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Rub the dish with garlic and butter it.
- Layer thin potato slices and season.
- Pour over the cream-milk mixture.
- Bake at 160 °C for about 60 min., until the crust is golden.
