- 600 g hamsi (boned)
- 300 g rice
- Pine nuts, currants
- Onion
- Butter
Instructions
- Cook an aromatic pilaf with pine nuts and currants.
- Line the dish tightly with anchovies.
- Fill in the pilaf, cover with more anchovies.
- Bake at 190 °C for 25 min. and invert.
