- 400 g calamari rings
- Milk (for soaking)
- Flour, cornstarch
- Tarator (walnut-garlic sauce)
- Lemon
Instructions
- Soak the rings in milk for 1 hr. – it makes them tender.
- Coat in the flour-cornstarch mixture.
- Deep-fry in hot oil for 2 min. until golden.
- Serve with tarator and lemon.
