- Olive oil
- Bay leaf, lemon
- Cherry tomatoes
- Potatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Salt the fish and score the skin.
- Place in the dish with lemon, bay leaf and oil.
- Add the tomatoes.
- Bake at 200 °C for 30–35 min.
