- Fresh white bread
- Lettuce, onion, tomato
- Lemon
- Sumac
Instructions
- Salt the fish fillets and grill or fry.
- Slice the bread open and toast briefly.
- Top with lettuce, onions and tomato.
- Tuck in the fish, season with lemon and sumac.
