Ingredients · for 4 servings
800 g green beans
2 potatoes
1 onion
3 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
120 ml olive oil
1 bunch parsley
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Trim the beans and remove the ends.
- Sweat the onion and garlic in plenty of olive oil.
- Add the grated tomatoes and reduce for 5 minutes.
- Add the beans and potato pieces and barely cover with water.
- Braise covered for 35 minutes until the beans are very soft, serve with parsley.
