Instructions

  1. Trim the beans and remove the ends.
  2. Sweat the onion and garlic in plenty of olive oil.
  3. Add the grated tomatoes and reduce for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beans and potato pieces and barely cover with water.
  5. Braise covered for 35 minutes until the beans are very soft, serve with parsley.
