- 4 tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Oregano
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into thin slices.
- Layer or arrange upright in a baking dish.
- Season generously with olive oil, salt and oregano.
- Bake at 190 °C for about 60 min., until everything is soft.
