Ingredients · for 4 servings

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into wide strips and the onions into rings.
  2. Sweat the onions in olive oil for 8 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the peppers and braise over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the peeled diced tomatoes and garlic, season with salt and braise covered for 20 minutes.
  5. Season with vinegar, oregano and pepper and serve with basil.
