- 3 eggplants
- 500 g tomato sauce
- 250 g mozzarella
- Parmesan
- Basil
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Fry the eggplant slices until golden.
- Layer with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan.
- Finish with parmesan.
- Bake at 180 °C for 35 min., rest for 10 min.
