Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs for 9 minutes, rinse them cold and peel them.
  2. Dice six eggs and set two aside, sliced, for the garnish.
  3. Whisk the mayonnaise with the yogurt and mustard.
  4. Fold in the diced egg and the finely chopped gherkins and season generously.
  5. Garnish with the egg slices and chives.
