Ingredients · for 4 servings
8 eggs
200 g mayonnaise
100 g plain yogurt
2 tbsp medium-hot mustard
2 gherkins
1 bunch of chives
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs for 9 minutes, rinse them cold and peel them.
- Dice six eggs and set two aside, sliced, for the garnish.
- Whisk the mayonnaise with the yogurt and mustard.
- Fold in the diced egg and the finely chopped gherkins and season generously.
- Garnish with the egg slices and chives.
