Pasta Salad
The party classic with peas, sweetcorn, gherkins and a yogurt-mayo dressing.

Ingredients · for 6 servings
500 g short pasta
200 g peas
1 tin of sweetcorn
2 gherkins
1 red pepper
200 g mayonnaise
200 g plain yogurt
2 tbsp gherkin brine
1 tsp mustard
Salt
Pepper
Chives
Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente, rinse it cold and drain it well.
- Blanch the peas briefly and finely dice the gherkins and pepper.
- Whisk the mayonnaise with the yogurt, gherkin brine and mustard to make the dressing.
- Mix everything together and season generously.
- Chill for at least 2 hours and sprinkle with chives.
