Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente, rinse it cold and drain it well.
  2. Blanch the peas briefly and finely dice the gherkins and pepper.
  3. Whisk the mayonnaise with the yogurt, gherkin brine and mustard to make the dressing.
  4. Mix everything together and season generously.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours and sprinkle with chives.
