Ingredients · for 4 servings
600 g cooked beetroot
1 onion
1 apple
3 tbsp cider vinegar
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp sugar
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Instructions
- Cut the beetroot into thin slices or cubes.
- Slice the onion into fine rings and cut the apple into strips.
- Whisk the vinegar, oil, caraway, sugar, salt and pepper into a marinade.
- Mix everything together and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve sprinkled with parsley.
