Instructions

  1. Cut the beetroot into thin slices or cubes.
  2. Slice the onion into fine rings and cut the apple into strips.
  3. Whisk the vinegar, oil, caraway, sugar, salt and pepper into a marinade.
  4. Mix everything together and chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
