Ingredients · for 4 servings

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers very thinly, salt them and let them draw water for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour off the cucumber water and gently squeeze the slices.
  3. Whisk the sour cream with the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Finely dice the onion, chop the dill and stir both in.
  5. Toss with the cucumbers and serve chilled.
