Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. Hard-boil the eggs for 9 minutes, cool, peel and dice them.
  3. Chop the vegetables, olives, mozzarella and tuna into small pieces.
  4. Mix everything with the rice and fold in the capers.
  5. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour and serve with basil.
