Instructions

  1. Pour the warm water over the couscous, let it swell for 10 minutes, then fluff it with a fork.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and onion finely.
  3. Chop the herbs finely.
  4. Combine everything with lemon juice and olive oil and season generously.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours so the flavours mingle.
