Ingredients · for 6 servings
- 500 g green olives
4 garlic cloves- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
1 tsp cumin
4 tbsp olive oil- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Drain the olives and press them lightly so the marinade can soak in.
- Slice the garlic and cut the lemon into wedges.
- Combine everything with the herbs, spices, oil and vinegar.
- Transfer to a jar and let it marinate in a cool place for at least 24 hours.
