Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce, dry it and tear it into rough pieces.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the onion into thin rings.
  3. Arrange everything on a large platter and scatter over the tuna, olives and sweetcorn.
  4. Top with egg wedges and dress generously with oil, vinegar and salt.
