Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 1 head of lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 onion- 200 g canned tuna
2 hard-boiled eggs- 100 g green olives
- 1 tin of sweetcorn
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce, dry it and tear it into rough pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the onion into thin rings.
- Arrange everything on a large platter and scatter over the tuna, olives and sweetcorn.
- Top with egg wedges and dress generously with oil, vinegar and salt.
