Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables into very fine, even dice.
  2. Crush the garlic with the cumin and salt in a mortar.
  3. Stir it into a vinaigrette with olive oil and vinegar.
  4. Pour over the vegetables, toss and serve well chilled.
