Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 8 pointed or small peppers
- 400 g ground beef
- 100 g rice
- Tomato, onion
- Yogurt
Instructions
- Remove the seeds from the peppers.
- Mix the ground meat, rice, onion and spices, and fill.
- Seal with tomato slices.
- Cook gently in a little broth for 45 min., serve with yogurt.
