- Mustard
- Pickles
- 2 onions
- Red wine
- Broth
Instructions
- Spread the roulades with mustard, top with pickle and onion, roll up.
- Sear well all over.
- Deglaze with red wine and broth.
- Cover and braise gently for 1.5–2 hrs., thicken the sauce.
