Instructions

  1. Fry the eggplant and potato slices.
  2. Braise the ground meat with tomato, cinnamon and wine into a sauce.
  3. Layer: potatoes, eggplant, meat – top with béchamel.
  4. Bake at 180 °C for about 40 min. until golden, rest for 15 min.
