- 3 eggplants
- 500 g ground beef
- 3 potatoes
- Béchamel sauce
- Cinnamon
- Cheese
Instructions
- Fry the eggplant and potato slices.
- Braise the ground meat with tomato, cinnamon and wine into a sauce.
- Layer: potatoes, eggplant, meat – top with béchamel.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 40 min. until golden, rest for 15 min.
