Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with milk, sugar and the scraped-out vanilla seeds.
  2. Soak the bread slices in the mixture for 1 minute per side.
  3. Let the butter foam up in the pan.
  4. Fry the slices for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Dust with icing sugar and cinnamon and serve immediately.
