- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 2 eggs + 2 for topping
- Cheese (Emmental)
- Spinach
- Butter
Instructions
- Mix the buckwheat batter and let it rest for 1 hr.
- Cook thin in the pan.
- Add cheese, spinach and an egg in the center.
- Fold in the edges, keep the yolk soft.
