Ingredients · for 4 servings
600 g pollock fillet
1 day-old bread roll
1 onion
1 egg
2 tbsp mustard
1 bunch dill
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Soak the bread roll in water and squeeze it out well.
- Chop the fish finely or put it coarsely through a mincer.
- Knead with the bread roll, diced onion, egg, mustard and dill, then season.
- Shape into patties and turn them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
