Instructions

  1. Soak the bread roll in water and squeeze it out well.
  2. Chop the fish finely or put it coarsely through a mincer.
  3. Knead with the bread roll, diced onion, egg, mustard and dill, then season.
  4. Shape into patties and turn them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
