- 400 g white beans
- 400 g tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- Olive oil
- Bay leaf
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.
- Add the beans, tomatoes and bay leaf.
- Cover with water and simmer for 40 min.
- Serve with plenty of olive oil and bread.
