- Zucchini, carrots, celery
- 400 g beans
- Tomatoes
- 100 g soup pasta
- Parmesan
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Dice the vegetables and sauté in olive oil.
- Add the tomatoes and broth, simmer for 25 min.
- Add the beans and pasta for the last 10 min.
- Serve with parmesan and oil.
