Cauliflower with Buttered Breadcrumbs

1 head of cauliflower
80 g butter
80 g breadcrumbs
1 lemon
1 pinch of nutmeg
Parsley
Salt
Instructions
- Trim the cauliflower and cook it whole for 20 minutes in salted water with a squeeze of lemon.
- Melt the butter in a pan and toast the breadcrumbs in it until golden brown.
- Drain the cauliflower and arrange it on a platter.
- Season with nutmeg and spoon the buttered crumbs over the top.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
