Cauliflower with Buttered Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Trim the cauliflower and cook it whole for 20 minutes in salted water with a squeeze of lemon.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and toast the breadcrumbs in it until golden brown.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and arrange it on a platter.
  4. Season with nutmeg and spoon the buttered crumbs over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
