Ingredients · for 4 servings
1 spiny lobster or lobster (approx. 1 kg)
500 g spaghetti
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
600 g passata
200 ml white wine
120 ml olive oil
1 bunch parsley
1 pinch chilli
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Halve the lobster and sear it briefly on both sides in the olive oil, then remove.
- Sweat the onion and garlic in the same oil.
- Deglaze with white wine, add the tomatoes and reduce for 15 minutes.
- Return the lobster and let it finish cooking in the sauce for 10 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente, toss it in the sauce and serve with parsley.
