Instructions

  1. Halve the lobster and sear it briefly on both sides in the olive oil, then remove.
  2. Sweat the onion and garlic in the same oil.
  3. Deglaze with white wine, add the tomatoes and reduce for 15 minutes.
  4. Return the lobster and let it finish cooking in the sauce for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook the spaghetti al dente, toss it in the sauce and serve with parsley.
