Instructions

  1. Knead a yeast dough from the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, butter and egg and let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Stone the plums and score them so they fan out.
  3. Roll the dough out onto a baking sheet and lay the plums densely like roof tiles.
  4. For the crumble, knead the flour, sugar and cold butter into crumbs and scatter them over the top.
  5. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while still warm.
