Instructions

  1. Finely dice the vegetables and sauté in butter for 12 minutes until tender, then let cool.
  2. Mix one egg with crème fraîche, herbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper and fold it in.
  3. Line the tin with one sheet of pastry and add the filling.
  4. Cover with the second sheet, seal the edges firmly and cut a steam vent.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 190 °C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
