Ingredients · for 6 servings
2 rolls of puff pastry
3 carrots
2 leeks
2 potatoes
200 g button mushrooms
2 eggs
200 ml crème fraîche
1 bunch of herbs
30 g butter
Nutmeg
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Finely dice the vegetables and sauté in butter for 12 minutes until tender, then let cool.
- Mix one egg with crème fraîche, herbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper and fold it in.
- Line the tin with one sheet of pastry and add the filling.
- Cover with the second sheet, seal the edges firmly and cut a steam vent.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake at 190 °C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
