Ingredients · for 10 servings

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt and eggs for 10 minutes into a smooth dough.
  2. Work in the soft butter piece by piece until the dough is glossy and pulls away from the bowl.
  3. Cover and let rise in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Braid into a loaf or place balls of dough in a tin and let rise for another hour.
  5. Brush with egg and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
