Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 300 g long-grain rice
4 eggs- 4 ripe bananas
- 400 g passata
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp sugar
Olive oil
Salt
Instructions
- Cook the rice in salted water and shape it with a cup.
- Reduce the tomatoes with garlic, sugar and salt for 10 minutes.
- Halve the bananas lengthwise and fry them golden in olive oil.
- Fry the eggs sunny side up with crispy edges.
- Arrange rice, tomato sauce, egg and banana side by side.
