Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water and shape it with a cup.
  2. Reduce the tomatoes with garlic, sugar and salt for 10 minutes.
  3. Halve the bananas lengthwise and fry them golden in olive oil.
  4. Fry the eggs sunny side up with crispy edges.
  5. Arrange rice, tomato sauce, egg and banana side by side.
