Ingredients · for 6 servings
500 g phyllo dough
400 g feta
200 g ricotta
3 eggs
1 bunch mint
150 ml olive oil
1 tsp pepper
Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Crumble the feta and mix it with ricotta, eggs, mint and pepper.
- Brush two phyllo sheets at a time with olive oil and layer them.
- Spread the filling in a strip, roll it up and coil it into a spiral.
- Place in an oiled dish, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame.
- Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
