Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta and mix it with ricotta, eggs, mint and pepper.
  2. Brush two phyllo sheets at a time with olive oil and layer them.
  3. Spread the filling in a strip, roll it up and coil it into a spiral.
  4. Place in an oiled dish, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame.
  5. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
