500 g Greek yogurt (10 %)
4 tbsp thyme honey
80 g walnuts
1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Toast the walnuts in a dry pan for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Chop them coarsely and let them cool.
- Spoon the yogurt into bowls and smooth the surface.
- Drizzle generously with honey.
- Scatter over the walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
