- 300 g pasta dough
- 250 g ricotta
- 200 g spinach
- Sage, butter
- Parmesan
Instructions
- Wilt the spinach, squeeze out and mix with the ricotta.
- Roll the dough thin, fill and cut out the ravioli.
- Cook for 3–4 min.
- Toss in sage butter, top with parmesan.
