Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion, add the grated tomatoes and paprika.
  2. Cover the chickpeas, beans, diced pumpkin and potatoes with water and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the pear wedges and saffron, cook for another 15 minutes.
  4. Season with fresh mint and serve hot.
