Instructions

  1. Put the lentils and bay leaves in cold water and bring to a boil.
  2. Dice the vegetables and add them, simmer gently for 30 minutes.
  3. Fry the garlic with the paprika in olive oil and stir it in.
  4. Add the potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes, season to taste.
