Ingredients · for 4 servings
400 g brown lentils (Pardina)
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
2 carrots
2 potatoes
3 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Put the lentils and bay leaves in cold water and bring to a boil.
- Dice the vegetables and add them, simmer gently for 30 minutes.
- Fry the garlic with the paprika in olive oil and stir it in.
- Add the potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes, season to taste.
