Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour, milk, eggs, salt and nutmeg into a smooth batter and rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Fry thin pancakes in butter and let them cool.
  3. Roll up the pancakes and cut them into fine strips.
  4. Heat the broth and season it.
  5. Put the pancake strips into the bowls, pour over the hot broth and sprinkle with chives.
