Instructions

  1. Dice the meat and sear it well in oil.
  2. Add the onions and braise until golden brown.
  3. Briefly toast the tomato paste and paprika powder, then deglaze immediately with the stock.
  4. Add the caraway and garlic and simmer gently for 60 minutes.
  5. Add the diced potatoes and peppers, cook for another 25 minutes and season to taste.
